General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop www.timemodder.com. By placing an order, you accept these GTC. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless Deal4u expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Offer and Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to browse an online catalog without obligation.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart. An order confirmation will be sent immediately after the order is submitted. The contract of sale is concluded only upon our express confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Customs Clearance

All prices stated are net prices and are quoted in the respective local currency. Prices may vary depending on the destination country. Applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) will be charged additionally depending on the destination country and will be clearly disclosed prior to order completion.

Customs and Import Duties: For cross-border deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and other import fees may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be borne entirely by the buyer. Invoicing is generally handled directly by the responsible customs office or shipping service provider upon delivery.

4. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

In order to guarantee the best possible availability and fast processing, we work with a decentralized logistics network. For this reason, an order may be dispatched in several separate packages due to system-related or logistical reasons. Naturally, this will not incur any additional costs for you.

(3) Delivery Times:

Every single one of our products is unique: it is individually personalized according to your wishes and carefully handcrafted. Together with international shipping, delivery time takes up to 40 business days depending on the destination country. Thank you very much for your patience – waiting is well worth it for a truly unique piece!

Note on individual parts & accessories: Smaller orders or individual components are usually shipped much faster. However, to stay on the safe side in the event of unexpected delays, we state a standard delivery time of up to 40 business days for these items as well.

(4) Delivery Delays:

In exceptional cases, longer delivery times may occur due to increased shipping volumes, logistical delays, or customs clearance procedures. We have no control over delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods provided during the ordering process.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the full invoice amount is due no later than at the time of delivery or performance of the service.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Deal4u until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Return and Cancellation

Since we price our products with very narrow margins and many items are custom-made according to customer specifications, we unfortunately cannot offer a voluntary right of return simply for change of mind. Returns are therefore generally excluded and are only possible for defective or damaged items within the scope of legal warranty rights.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law apply.

Deal4u shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or lack of care.

Any further liability, in particular for indirect damages or lost profits, is excluded.

9. Data Protection

Collected data shall be used exclusively for processing orders and maintaining customer relationships. Disclosure to third parties occurs only to the extent necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., shipping service providers, payment providers). 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Deal4u, provided there are no mandatory statutory provisions to the contrary.
